HOW SUPPLIED

N 0071-2214— Dilantin-125® Suspension (phenytoin oral suspension, USP), 125 mg phenytoin/ 5 mL with a maximum alcohol content not greater than 0. 6 percent, an orange suspension with an orange-vanilla flavor; available in 8-oz bottles.

Store at controlled room temperature 20°-25° C (68°-77° F). [See USP]. Protect from freezing and light.

Also available as:

N 0071-0362 (Kapseal® 362)— Dilantin (extended phenytoin sodium capsules, USP) 100 mg; in 100's, 1000's, unit dose 100's.

N 0071-0365 (Kapseal 365)— Dilantin (extended phenytoin sodium capsules, USP) 30 mg; in 100's.

N 0071-0007 (Tablet 7)— Dilantin Infatabs® (phenytoin tablets, USP) each contain 50 mg phenytoin; 100's and unit dose 100's.



For Parenteral Use:

N 0071-4488-47 (Steri-Dose® 4488)— Dilantin ready-mixed solution containing 50 mg phenytoin sodium per milliliter is supplied in a 2-mL sterile disposable syringe (22 gauge x 1¼ inch needle). Packages of ten syringes.

N 0071-4488-45— Dilantin ready-mixed solution containing 50 mg phenytoin sodium per milliliter is supplied in 2-mL Steri-Vials® . Packages of twenty-five.

N 0071-4475-45— Dilantin ready-mixed solution containing 50 mg phenytoin sodium per milliliter is supplied in 5-mL Steri-Vials® . Packages of twenty-five.
