Symptoms
  • Wrinkled skin on abdomen
  • Undescended testicle
  • Club foot or abnormal limbs (rare)

Signs and tests
  • Oligohydramnios (decreased or absent amniotic fluid)
  • Enlarged renal collecting structures
  • Enlarged bladder

Other findings may include:

  • Underdeveloped lungs
  • Heart problems
  • Stomach and intestinal problems
  • Musculoskeletal abnormalities
