  • Mildly slowed growth
  • Pale skin
  • Delayed closure of fontanelles (soft spots)
  • Narrow shoulders
  • Triple-jointed thumbs, absent or small knuckles, decreased skin creases at finger joints
  • Inability to fully extend the joints from birth (congenital contractures)
  • Cleft palate
  • Deformed ears
  • Droopy eye lids
