Note: Most PABA reactions are due to allergic reactions, not overdoses.

  • Respiratory
  • Eyes, ears, nose, and throat
    • Eye irritation may occur after eye exposure
  • Skin
    • Rash (allergic)
  • Gastrointestinal
    • Nausea
    • Vomiting
    • Diarrhea
  • Nervous system (all effects are with extremely high doses)
